Bah­an Kaji­an/Sub­je­ct Mat­ters

(1) Kon­sep Bio­ki­mia: hake­kat bio­ki­mia, hubung­an bio­ki­mia dengan ilmu-ilmu yang lain, dan apli­ka­si bio­ki­mia dalam kehi­dup­an seha­ri-hari. (2) Pon­da­si Bio­ki­mia: doma­in-doma­in makluk hidup, gugus fung­si, bio­mo­le­kul dan hirar­ki mole­ku­lar sel. (3) Struk­tur dan Fung­si Bio­mo­le­kul: pro­te­in dengan pene­kan­an pada enzim, lipid, dan asam nukle­at.                                  (4) Bio­e­ner­gi­ti­ka: ener­gy bebas gibbs, redoks dan poten­si­al reduk­si ser­ta phos­phor­yl gro­up tran­sfer poten­ti­al dalam sis­tem hidup. (5) Meta­bo­lis­me Kar­bo­hi­drat: sela­yang pan­dang meta­bo­lis­me, gli­ko­li­sis, glu­ko­ne­o­ge­ne­sis, meta­bo­lis­me kar­bo­hi­drat buk­an glu­ko­sa, siklus asam sitrat, ran­tai tran­sfer elek­tron dan fosfo­ri­la­si oksi­da­tif. (6) Foto­sin­te­sis: fase gelap, fase terang, foto­sin­te­sis non­si­klik (ske­ma Z) dan foto­sin­te­sis siklik. (7) Penyim­pan­an dan Alir­an Infor­ma­si Gene­ti­ka: bio­sin­te­sis pro­te­in, muta­si, PCR dan dasar-dasar DNA rekombinan./(1) The con­cep­ts of Bio­che­mis­try: natu­re of bio­che­mis­try, rela­tion­ship betwe­en bio­che­mis­try with other sci­en­ces, and appli­ca­tions of bio­che­mis­try in dai­ly life; (2) Foun­da­tion of  Bio­che­mis­try: doma­ins of life, fun­ctio­nal gro­u­ps,  bio­mo­le­cu­les and hirar­chy of mole­cu­lar cells; (3) Stru­ctu­re and Fun­ction of Bio­mo­le­cu­les: pro­te­in with an empha­sis on enzymes, lipi­ds, and nucle­ic aci­ds; (4) Bio­e­ner­gyti­cs: gibbs free ener­gy, redox and redu­ction poten­ti­al and phos­phor­yl gro­up tran­sfer poten­ti­al in bio­lo­gi­cal sys­tems; (5) Meta­bo­lism of Car­bo­hydra­te: ove­rvi­ew of meta­bo­lism, glyco­lysis, glu­co­ne­o­ge­ne­sis, cata­bo­lism car­bo­hydra­te other than glu­co­se, citric acid cycle, ele­ctron tran­sfer cha­in and oxi­da­ti­ve phos­phor­yla­tion;                               (6) Pho­to­syn­te­sis: dark and light fase, non­cyclic and cyclic pho­to­sin­te­sis; (7) Sto­ra­ge and Flow of Gene­tic Infor­ma­tion: pro­te­in bio­sythe­sis, muta­tion, PCR and prin­ci­ple of DNA recom­bi­nant.

Tujuan/Obje­cti­ves

Sete­lah mem­pe­la­ja­ri bah­an kaji­an bio­ki­mia umum mela­lui cera­mah, stu­di lite­ra­tur, pre­sen­ta­si, dis­ku­si, dan tela­ah arti­kel ilmi­ah, maha­sis­wa dapat mema­ha­mi struk­tur dan fung­si ser­ta inte­rak­si antar bio­mo­le­kul dalam sis­tem hidup dan meta­bo­lis­me ener­gi yang meli­batk­an karbohidrat./Have been stu­di­ed the Sub­je­ct Mat­ters of gene­ral bio­che­mis­try thro­u­gh spe­e­ch, lite­ra­tu­re stu­dy, pre­sen­ta­tion, discus­sion, and paper revi­ew, stu­den­ts are able to unders­tan­ce stru­ctu­re, fun­ction, and the cor­re­la­tion of bio­mo­le­cu­les (pro­te­in, car­bo­hydra­tes, and fat/oil) in bio­lo­gy sys­tem  and car­bo­hydra­te meta­bo­lism.
