Abs­trak: Di era seka­rang ini, nano­par­ti­kel makin ber­per­an di ber­ba­gai bidang kehi­dup­an. Oleh kare­na­nya per­lu terus dikem­bangk­an meto­de sin­te­sis yang tidak seke­dar efek­tif, teta­pi seka­li­gus harus ber­ba­sis prin­sip kimia hijau, yak­ni ber­u­pa tek­no­lo­gi ramah ling­kung­an dan ber­ke­lan­jut­an yang tidak hanya mem­per­ha­tik­an aspek kuan­ti­tas hasil, teta­pi juga aspek kea­man­an bagi ling­kung­an ter­dam­pak. Upa­ya ter­se­but  dapat dila­kuk­an dengan meman­fa­atk­an per­e­duk­si ala­mi dalam sin­te­sis nano­par­ti­kel. Senya­wa bio­re­duk­tor ter­se­but ter­kan­dung dalam tanam­an dan lim­bah­nya. Mik­ro­or­ga­nis­me juga dapat diman­fa­atk­an seba­gai bio­re­duk­tor.

Abs­tra­ct: In this era, nano­par­ti­cles are incre­a­si­ngly pla­ying a role in vari­o­us fie­lds of life. The­re­fo­re syn­the­sis metho­ds of the nano­par­ti­cles need to be deve­lo­ped that are not only effe­cti­ve, but at the same time must be based on the prin­ci­ples of gre­en che­mis­try, name­ly in the form of envi­ro­nmen­ta­lly fri­en­dly and sus­ta­i­na­ble tech­no­lo­gi­es that not only pay atten­tion to the quan­ti­ty aspe­cts of resul­ts, but also the safe­ty aspe­cts for the affe­cted envi­ro­nment. The­se effor­ts can be car­ri­ed out by uti­li­zing natu­ral redu­cing agen­ts. The­se bio­re­du­ctor com­po­un­ds are con­ta­i­ned in plan­ts and the­ir was­te. Micro­or­ga­nisms can also be used as bio­re­du­ctors.
