Abs­trak: Pha­ne­ro­cha­e­tea chr­ysos­po­ri­um mam­pu meng­ha­silk­an enzim-enzim lig­no­se­lu­lo­li­tik dian­ta­ra­nya avi­ce­la­se, CMCa­se, β‑glukosidase dan lig­nin per­ok­si­da­se (LiP). Jum­lah dan jenis enzim-enzim lig­no­se­lu­lo­li­tik yang diha­silk­an oleh P. chr­ysos­po­ri­um ter­se­but sangat dipe­nga­ru­hi oleh sum­ber kar­bon dalam medi­um per­tum­bu­han­nya. Tuju­an pene­li­ti­an ini meng­e­ta­hui pro­fil lig­no­se­lu­lo­li­tik khu­sus­nya jenis enzim yang diha­silk­an Pha­ne­ro­cha­e­tea chr­ysos­po­ri­um dalam medi­um N‑limited dengan dan tan­pa sum­ber kar­bon. Sum­ber kar­bon yang digu­nak­an ada­lah glu­ko­sa, ampas tebu, sekam, jera­mi, bong­gol jagung dan ser­buk ger­ga­ji. Hasil pene­li­ti­an menun­jukk­an bah­wa P. chr­ysos­po­ri­um dalam medi­um N‑limited tan­pa sum­ber kar­bon hanya mam­pu meng­ha­silk­an β‑glukosidase; dengan sum­ber kar­bon glu­ko­sa dan ser­buk ger­ga­ji mam­pu meng­ha­silk­an β‑glukosidase, CMCa­se, avi­ce­la­se dan lig­nin per­ok­si­da­se sedangk­an pada sum­ber kar­bon  sekam, ampas tebu, jera­mi dan bong­gol jagung hanya mam­pu meng­ha­silk­an β‑glukosidase dan LiP. Enzim LiP dengan akti­vi­tas ting­gi diha­silk­an pada medi­um N‑limited dengan sum­ber kar­bon jera­mi, ser­buk ger­ga­ji dan glu­ko­sa.

Abs­tra­ct: Pha­ne­ro­cha­e­tea chr­ysos­po­ri­um pro­du­ced  lig­no­ce­llu­lo­li­tic enzymes such avi­ce­la­se, CMCa­se, β‑glucosidase and lig­nin per­o­xi­da­se (LiP). The num­ber and type of lig­no­ce­llu­lo­li­tic enzymes pro­du­ced by P. chr­ysos­po­ri­um is gre­at­ly influ­en­ced by the car­bon sour­ce in the grow­th medi­um. The pur­po­se of this stu­dy was to iden­ti­fy the pro­fi­le lig­no­ce­llu­lo­li­tic enzymes that pro­du­ced by P. chr­ysos­po­ri­um in N‑limited medi­um with and witho­ut a car­bon sour­ce. Tes­ted car­bon sour­ces were glu­co­se, bagas­se, rice husk, straw, corn cob and sawdust. The resul­ts sho­wed that P. chr­ysos­po­ri­um in the N‑limited medi­um with no car­bon sour­ce is only capa­ble of pro­du­cing β‑glucosidase; glu­co­se and sawdust as the car­bon sou­re are capa­ble to pro­du­ce β‑glucosidase, CMCa­se, avi­ce­la­se and lig­nin per­o­xi­da­se whe­re­as rice husk, bagas­se, straw and corn cob as car­bon sour­ce are capa­ble to pro­du­ce β‑glucosidase and LiP.  The LiP with high acti­vi­ty resul­ting in N- limi­ted medi­um with straw, sawdust and glu­co­se as car­bon sour­ce.
