Ter­am­pil mela­kuk­an ana­li­sis kimia seca­ra kua­li­ta­tif dan kuan­ti­ta­tif dengan meto­de konvensional/Ski­lled in the qua­li­ta­ti­ve and quan­ti­ta­ti­ve che­mi­cal ana­lysis using con­ven­tio­nal metho­ds.

Bah­an Kajian/Sub­jet Mat­ters

(1) Ana­li­sis kua­li­ta­tif, pemi­sah­an golong­an dan iden­ti­fi­ka­si kation/anion;  (2) Ana­li­sis kuan­ti­ta­tif meli­pu­ti ana­li­sis gra­vi­me­tri, ana­li­sis volu­me­tri yang ter­di­ri atas titri­me­tri asam-basa dan aplikasinya,redoks,pengendapan (argen­to­me­tri, iodo/iodimetri) dan kom­plek­so­me­tri /Qua­li­ta­ti­ve ana­lysis, sepa­ra­tion and  iden­ti­fi­ca­tion of cation/anion; quan­ti­ta­ti­ve ana­lysis inclu­ding gra­vi­me­tric ana­lysis, volu­me­tric ana­lysis: volu­me­tric ana­lysis inclu­ding acid-base titra­tion, redox titra­tion, pre­ci­pi­ta­tion (argen­to­me­try, iodo/Iodimetri) and com­ple­xo­me­try.

Tujuan/Obje­cti­ves

Sete­lah mela­kuk­an rang­ka­i­an kegi­at­an prak­ti­kum ana­li­sis kua­li­ta­tif dan kuan­ti­ta­tif seca­ra kon­ven­sio­nal, yang meli­pu­ti per­en­ca­na­an per­co­ba­an,  mela­kuk­an per­co­ba­an, meng­a­na­li­sis, meng­in­terp­re­ta­si data dan menyu­sun lapor­an, maha­sis­wa ter­am­pil untuk 1) Memi­sahk­an kation men­ja­di 5 golong­an, meng­i­den­ti­fi­ka­si jenis kation dan anion (2) Menen­tuk­an kon­sen­tra­si ana­lit dengan meto­de  ana­li­sis gra­vi­me­tri, ana­li­sis volu­me­tri yang ter­di­ri atas titri­me­tri asam-basa, redoks, pengen­dap­an (argen­to­me­tri, iodo/iodimetri) dan kompleksometri/After pra­cti­ced the qua­li­ta­ti­ve and quan­ti­ta­ti­ve ana­lyti­cal labo­ra­tory expe­ri­men­tal acti­vi­ty  inclu­ding expe­ri­men­tal plan­ning, doing the expe­ri­ment,  ana­lyzing, interp­re­ting expe­ri­ment data and com­po­sing expe­ri­ment report, the stu­den­ts are able to (1) Sepa­ra­te and clas­si­fy the mixtu­re of cation to five gro­up, Iden­ti­fy the cation/anion (2) Deter­mi­na­te ana­lit con­cen­tra­tion of sam­ple using gra­vi­me­tric ana­lysis, volu­me­tric ana­lysis inclu­ding acid-base titra­tion, redox titra­tion, pre­ci­pi­ta­tion (argen­to­me­tric iodo/Iodimetric) and Com­ple­xo­me­tric method.
